ForeFlight is an app to help pilots gather pre-flight data, check weather, lookup airports, file flight plans, and plan trips. Debuting alongside the release of Apple's App Store, it has maintained popular rankings and garnered delightful reviews. The announcement of the iPad set a milestone for new development to enable better display of information in the cockpit.
I worked with the team for a period of weeks before the initial sale of the iPad, drafting interface sketches and design mockups to transition their product into the larger form-factor.
